About the Role

Lightway Digital Marketing seeks a dynamic Creative Strategist to join our team and elevate our clients’ campaigns across multiple industries, including eCommerce, SaaS, and more. Based in Israel, our agency services clients in Israel, Europe, and the US, delivering exceptional digital advertising solutions. As a Creative Strategist, you will bridge creativity and analytics, crafting compelling campaigns that drive results and resonate with target audiences globally.

Responsibilities

● Strategy Development: Formulate innovative creative strategies for campaigns across platforms like Meta, TikTok, Google, and YouTube.

● Data-Driven Creativity: Analyze campaign data to optimize creative performance and inform new concepts.

● Content Creation: Write scripts and copy for video and static ads, ensuring visuals align with defined creative strategies.

● Collaboration: Work closely with designers and account managers to develop high-performing assets.

● Consumer Insights: Research consumer behavior, competitors, and market trends to create impactful campaigns.

● Trend Spotting: Stay ahead of digital advertising trends to bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table.

● Campaign Oversight: Lead creative projects from concept to execution, ensuring deadlines and client expectations are met.

Requirements

● 2+ years of experience in creative strategy, performance marketing, or a related role.

● Strong expertise in Meta Ads, TikTok, Google, and YouTube.

● Experience with utilizing the latest AI models to enhance and optimize processes

● Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English

● Proven ability to turn data into actionable creative insights.

● Experience managing campaigns is a bonus.

● Proficiency in creative tools like Canva, Figma, or similar platforms.

● A natural collaborator with strong project management skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

● A big plus: Be good at FIFA. Our current team needs a coach!
