We’re hiring Help Desk Technician

About the position:

Provide telephone support for end users, troubleshoot technical problems, and guide users in computer systems.
Deliver professional solutions to user malfunctions and application issues.
Resolve system issues while working with various operating systems and organizational applications.

Job requirements:

At least one year of experience in a technical call center or technical support role.
Knowledge of Windows operating systems.
Experience supporting organizational applications.
Knowledge of Linux and understanding of communication systems – a strong advantage.
