What will you do?

As a Data Analyst, you'll bridge the gap between data and business strategy. You’ll work closely with business stakeholders to generate insights, build analytical infrastructure, and support data-driven decision-making across critical areas.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Translating business needs into data questions and solutions
• Extracting actionable insights using analytical tools and methodologies
• Applying statistical, mathematical, and technological techniques to uncover hidden patterns
• Designing infrastructure to measure the effectiveness of models and processes
• Running simulations, shadow calculations, and production controls
• Leading projects independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst – must
• Strong SQL skills – must
• Experience developing predictive models – an advantage
• Familiarity with Tableau – a plus
• Background in credit/banking – a major advantage
• Strong analytical and practical skills with the ability to translate business needs into analytical solutions
• Experience in large organizations and a system-wide perspective – a plus
• Knowledge of SaaS – a plus
• Familiarity with credit risk – a strong advantage
