Position: Head of Budget and Retirement Division

Location: Technion Human Resources Department

Job Description: The Technion Human Resources Department is seeking a Head of Division to lead organizational standards, workforce planning, and employment termination processes. Responsibilities include:

• Managing organizational standards and preparing for budget committees, including workforce planning for administrative staff.
• Collaborating with unit heads on employee funding and resource allocation.
• Analyzing trends and generating insights to support strategic decision-making in human capital management.
• Overseeing the employment termination processes for administrative and academic staff.
• Supporting employees in cases of disability and insurance claims.
• Managing data structures in SAP, including organizational structure and hierarchies.
• Handling additional projects as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (mandatory), preferably in Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Human Resources.
• Payroll Accountant / Tax Advisor certification (advantage).
• At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with emphasis on workforce planning, organizational standards, employment termination processes, and budget management.
• Deep understanding of labor laws, pensions, and employee rights.
• High data analysis skills and excellent proficiency in Excel.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with multiple interfaces.
• Ability to manage and lead complex processes.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew.
• Discretion and reliability.

Notes: This is a temporary position, replacing an employee on maternity leave, with a 100% workload.
