Data Analyst Team Lead

A leading company in employee benefits and welfare solutions has developed an advanced technology platform that provides employees with exclusive deals and discounts at businesses across the country.

The company is based in Netanya, near the train station, with an on-site work model.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the analytics department, overseeing data analysis and project management.
• Develop, define, and maintain analytical data infrastructure, reports, and dashboards using BI tools, specifically Qlik Sense.
• Manage a team of analysts, driving performance to meet key objectives.
• Provide analytical support across all company departments.
• Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders, presenting key insights and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
• Collect, process, and analyze data from multiple internal systems, including CRM and BI platforms.
• Optimize analytical workflows by improving data processes and streamlining reporting.
• Develop and implement analytical methodologies to enhance data-driven decision-making.
• Lead data-driven projects to support business growth, efficiency, and innovation.
• Ensure data quality and integrity by monitoring data accuracy and consistency.
• Evaluate and implement new BI tools and technologies to improve the organization’s analytical capabilities.
• Train and mentor analysts, providing professional development and upskilling opportunities.
• Support KPI and budget management by aligning analytics with business performance tracking.
• Work with Big Data environments to process large-scale datasets and extract meaningful insights.

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in data analytics within mid-to-large-scale organizations.
• 3 years of managerial experience leading a team of 2-3 analysts.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and Excel.
• Relevant academic background.
• Experience working in high-transaction-volume environments.
• Strong expertise in analytical tools and methodologies.
• High-level proficiency in English.
