Organizational Consultant

Co-Impact: The Partnership for a Breakthrough in Arab Employment, is a groundbreaking nonprofit organization aimed at dramatically increasing the number of Arabs working in the private sector in Israel. Our work is based on two key pillars: Empowering the private sector to take the lead towards a breakthrough in the full and adequate integration of the Arab population in employment, society and the Israeli economy.

Responsibilities:

Consulting for leading companies in Israel to shift attitudes, perceptions, and norms—fostering a diverse, inclusive, and healthy organizational culture that promotes equitable employment and the meaningful integration of employees from Arab society.

• Deriving organizational insights and leading long-term change processes
• Promoting internal organizational change through deep strategic processes and creating long-term partnerships to advance diversity and inclusion.
• Accompanying & coaching managers, facilitating workshops, and building strong internal advocates within the companies

Requirements :

• At least 10 years of experience in organizational consulting in the business sector – mandatory.
• Proven experience leading comprehensive, strategic organizational processes with management teams, HR leaders, and C-level executives.
• Ability to analyze strategic and behavioral processes with a systemic view and strong attention to details.
• Experience in multidisciplinary environment and leading group processes
• Deep understanding of the fields of diversity and inclusion, and significant familiarity with Arab society in Israel – a strong advantage.
• Availability to lead a scope of 12–15 hours per month per organization (consultants often work with more than one organization in parallel).
