Role Overview:

We seek a data-driven PPC Analyst to lead and optimize search monetization campaigns on GDN and TikTok. We own a direct RSOC feed and a multichannel buying platform that allows us to manage campaigns on scale in real-time. This role focuses on analyzing performance metrics, optimizing monetization strategies, and driving revenue growth through continuous refinement and data-driven decision-making

:What You’ll Do

·        Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns on GDN and TikTok to drive performance and ROI.

·        Set up and manage automation processes to improve efficiency and scale campaign performance.

·         Conduct audience research and develop targeting strategies to reach the right users.

·        continuously analyze campaign data, A/B test creatives, and refine strategies efficiency to drive revenue growth and ROI

·        Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.

·         Monitor and manage budgets, ensuring cost-effective ad spending while meeting ROI KPIs..

:What We’re Looking For

·        2+  years of Hands-on experience in media buying and search advertising, with a focus on GDN & TikTok

·        Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign optimization and performance tracking.

·        Creative mindset with an understanding of ad copy, visuals, and video trends.

·        Strong understanding of creative best practices across platforms, including format, copy, and design. Experience in A/B testing and optimizing creatives for performance

·         Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns.

·        A proactive, creative problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
