• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management.
• Two years of experience in defining business processes.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in computerized environments.
• Excellent command of Excel and other Office tools.
• Strong organizational, time management, and coordination skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
