The IL HR Team is looking for a Junior HR Operations for maternity leave replacement. This is an opportunity to dive into a variety of HR functions and be part of exciting, evolving operational changes that make a real impact on HR and the company.

In this role, you will…

• Responsible for HR processes such as Offboarding, Internal transfers, etc
• Maintain data integrity of HR systems
• Track and monitor HR processes (using reports and KPIs)
• Manage relationships with different functions, such as: Talent Acquisition, HRBP, Finance
  
  

In this role, you’ll need …

• B.A in Social work, or any other related degree
• Experience in working with data
• Understanding of HR processes
• Experience in HR systems- big advantage
• Independent and with high attention to details
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills
