Campaign Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a talented PPC Campaign Manager to join our dynamic team at a digital marketing startup.

The role includes managing and executing paid campaigns across various platforms, analyzing data and generating insights, improving performance, and supporting our clients' marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and manage paid campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more.
• Ongoing optimization of campaigns to achieve ROI and ROAS goals.
• Analyze performance using analytical tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and others.
• Write creative ad copy, including A/B testing of messaging and calls-to-action.
• Manage monthly budgets and improve budget allocation to maximize performance.
• Provide regular analysis and reporting on campaign results, including presenting insights to clients and company management.
• Conduct keyword research and identify new opportunities to improve campaign performance.
• Stay up-to-date with PPC trends and changes to continuously implement new methodologies and improve results.

Requirements:

• At least one year of experience managing PPC campaigns on major digital platforms.
• Excellent command of Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager (experience with additional platforms – an advantage).
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset – deep knowledge of Google Analytics and Excel.
• In-depth understanding of digital marketing strategies and customer journey.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Hebrew and English – ability to write marketing copy and professional reports.
• High service orientation and strong interpersonal skills for working with clients.
• Proactive approach, ability to work independently, and multitask efficiently.
