We're looking for a hands-on TikTok expert to join us at Insightics Digital as a Head of TikTok Organic and media Buying Growth for scaling our organic reach on TikTok and TikTok Shop.

If you live and breathe TikTok trends, have grown accounts from scratch, and know how to turn views into real conversions — we want to talk.

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Experience in building profitable funnels within TikTok

✅ Familiarity with the affiliate business model

✅ Leadership qualities to head the TikTok department, including strategy, analysis, and execution

✅ Proven ability to create and grow TikTok accounts with viral content that drives sales and conversions

✅ Strong skills in competitor research and extracting actionable insights

✅ Data-driven mindset with a strong focus on testing and optimization

Bonus Skills: ✨ Experience with AI video tools (e.g. HeyGen, CapCut) ✨ Knowledge of avatar creation & TikTok Shop integration ✨ Paid TikTok ad experience to amplify organic wins ✨ Affiliate marketing knowledge
