React Developer

A startup in the Creative Technology field, the company's strategy focuses on providing comprehensive solutions for content creators worldwide, at all professional levels and for all types of content they demand. This includes video editors, social media influencers, and YouTube video creators, who have become the company’s most rapidly growing target audience.

The company has revolutionized the digital media licensing industry by creating a unique subscription model with unlimited licenses, allowing clients to benefit from content without restrictions while maintaining uncompromising media quality.

The company is located in Tel Aviv, offers two days of remote work per week, and has around 420 employees globally, with about 300 in Israel.

Founded a decade ago, it develops and provides content for content creators, building and managing several subscription-based digital asset platforms. The company serves over 20 million customers worldwide.

Role Overview:

• Be part of a focused team of three developers, reporting to the team leader.
• Develop complex features end-to-end.
• Collaborate significantly with other teams and developers for strong teamwork.
• Work on features alongside two or three developers at a time.
• Contribute to the most interesting and exciting features of the company.
• Follow excellent development practices, including the ability to develop and deploy features to production the same day.
• Experience frequent production releases, with updates every half hour.
• Use React and Next in the development process.

Requirements:

• 5 years of professional experience in web development, with expertise in both frontend and backend technologies.
• Proficiency in a modern JavaScript framework, preferably React.
• Experience as a Full Stack Developer is a strong advantage
• Proven experience leading the development of major features or applications in a production environment.
• A track record of mentoring junior developers, and fostering their technical and professional growth.
• Demonstrated ownership and accountability: You take pride in delivering high-quality work and following through on commitments.
• Experience working with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, testing practices, and agile methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team.
