Senior Data Analyst

Our proven solution is already available in the U.S. and other countries, and we are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our team and lead efforts to turn raw data into meaningful insights that inform strategy, optimize performance, and enhance the user experience. You’ll work with cross-functional stakeholders to bring clarity to complex questions and help us scale effectively.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end analytics for key business areas, including data modeling, dashboarding, and generating insights
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Operations stakeholders to define KPIs, develop reports, and monitor performance
• Build and maintain clean, scalable data pipelines in coordination with the R&D team
• Conduct in-depth analyses to identify user behavior trends and opportunities for growth
• Present insights and actionable recommendations to both technical and non-technical teams
• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data used for analysis and reporting

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably within a consumer technology environment (Required)
• Strong SQL skills, with the ability to work with large and complex datasets (Required)
• Familiarity with data warehousing platforms (e.g., BigQuery, MongoDB)
• Familiarity with ELT tools (e.g., DBT, Rivery)
• Experience working with event-based data collection platforms (e.g., Firebase, Google Tag Manager)
• Proficiency with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI
• Strong knowledge of statistics, experimental design, and causal inference methods
• Demonstrated business acumen and a proactive approach to solving analytical problems
• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field
• Experience in a fast-paced startup or growth-stage company (Preferred)
• Experience with Python (pandas, numpy, matplotlib/seaborn) or R for data analysis (Preferred)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to convey complex data insights clearly
