ScyllaDB a global company that develops real-time, big data databases, is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner In Israel.

You will be part of the HR and TA team and help to find talented candidates and build our global organization.

Responsibilities:

• Be part of the hiring process for various roles.
• Understanding the necessary skills and requirements to effectively identify, recruit and hire the best engineering and technical talent
• Global and local recruitment
• Reviewing and screening CV's on a daily basis
• Conducting in-depth phone interviews
• Implementing and utilizing effective sourcing tools and advertising on social networks to attract highly qualified candidates.
• Keep candidates up-to-date and informed throughout the hiring process
• Working with the hiring managers in order to find the best-talented candidates.
• Working with a recruitment system - Comeet
  
  

• At least 3 years of experience as a technical recruiter for Hi-tech companies.
• Proven sourcing skills.
• Experience working with Social Media platforms (such as LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub and more).
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Fluent in English- A must
• Great interpersonal skills.
• Strong team player, positive and can-do approach.
• Able to follow up and get things done in a fast-moving and changing environment.
• Independent and able to juggle multiple tasks effectively.
• Creativity and quick learning ability
