We’re assembling a brainy, bold, and slightly obsessive team to reinvent how advanced algorithms can shape real-world systems (yes, real world—as in physics, markets, and unpredictable humans). We're looking for a super-talented researcher with a deep algorithmic background, creative to the core, and comfortable living at the intersection of rigor and chaos. You know who you are.

You can prototype fast, but you're not afraid to dive deep. You think probabilistically, argue logically, and build solutions from first principles. You’re comfortable being uncomfortable, curious about everything, and allergic to mediocrity.

This is not a 9-to-5 gig—it’s an early-stage, high-ambition venture with room to shape the future. You’ll be joining a newly founded team, working closely with founders who value ideas over egos. Expect intensity, fast iteration, and meaningful impact.
