**Responsibilities:**

• Lead Backend (Java) and Frontend (Angular) developers. Total 5 excellent engineers. Frontend knowledge is optional.
• Own the main product and drive new product development.
• Collaborate with Product, DevOps, and QA teams.
• Ensure technical excellence through reviews and mentorship.
• Be a true leader.

**Requirements:**

• 5+ years of Java experience
• Good understanding of system architecture, large-scale distributed systems and micro services.
• Proficiency in MySQL/Postgres, RESTful APIs, and modern web practices.
• Experience with AWS, containerization of services, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with unit tests.
• Strong leadership skills, including team management and mentoring.
• Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Advantage: knowledge of Kotlin.
• This is a full-time, on-site role at our office in Kfar Saba, Israel.
