At Howazit, we are dedicated to ensuring our customers succeed by leveraging our innovative technologies. We are looking for a passionate and proactive Customer Success Manager to join our team and be the main point of contact for all customer-related activities.
The successful candidate will collaborate closely with our Customer Success and Technical teams to support customers, define customer success strategies, set up and optimize business processes, participate in onboarding new clients, and assist in creating and refining processes for existing customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage mid to high-volume customer accounts, collaborating with the team to generate tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups and reporting, ensuring 100% customer satisfaction.
- Create and document best practices to enhance the Howazit customer experience.
- Serve as the primary support contact for customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Collaborate closely with the sales department to drive upselling, customer retention, and the introduction of new services.
- Analyze customer data to inform decision-making and improve system configurations.
Requirements:
- Up to 2 years of experience as a customer success, account manager or a similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BSc) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field - or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to dissect complex problems, analyze data, and derive actionable insights to understand customer needs. Effectively guide customers in gathering requirements, building solutions, and leveraging the Howazit system's features to achieve their business goals successfully.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage client demands effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- A customer service-oriented mindset dedicated to providing the highest level of service.
- Ability to work accurately and autonomously, demonstrating self-motivation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic, growing company environment.
- A strong technical background with an understanding of technical processes; knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and JSON will be considered a significant advantage.
- Full proficiency in Hebrew and English, both written and spoken.
Full time hybrid position with flexibility, in Ramat Gan (Bursa).
