We're creating a virtual marketing agency, where each business gets a personal 24/7 marketing team working on its strategy, campaigns, social engagement, brand awareness, and more.
We're based in the center of Tel-Aviv (next to TLV–University railway station).
We will teach you various skills related to customer success, product, client lifecycles, customer health, and growth.
Role Description
This is an on-site, part-time role for a Customer Success Manager. You'll ensure customer satisfaction, build and maintain relationships, and facilitate customer retention. The role involves analyzing customer data, understanding their needs, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance their overall experience with MarkeTeam.ai's autonomous AI marketing agents.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboarding & Training: Lead new customer implementations, ensuring smooth adoption of our AI marketing agents.
- Relationship Building: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, fostering strong, long-term partnerships.
- Customer Satisfaction & Retention: Proactively monitor account health, identify churn risks, and implement strategies to increase satisfaction and loyalty.
- Data-Driven Insights: Analyze customer behavior and campaign performance; provide feedback to clients and internal teams to optimize outcomes.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise with Product, Sales, and Tech teams to address customer needs, influence product roadmaps, and identify growth or upsell opportunities.
Qualifications
- Exceptional communication skills in Hebrew & English (fluent).
- Strong analytical mindset—comfortable interpreting data to make strategic decisions.
- Bachelor's degree (or student) in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- A collaborative approach, with the ability to work both independently and in cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability in Customer Success or Account Management, preferably in SaaS, marketing, or a tech environment.
