QA Engineer (Manual & Automation)

About The Role

We are seeking an experienced QA Engineer with a strong foundation in manual testing and expertise in test automation establishment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for both executing manual test cases and establishing a robust QA automation infrastructure for our teams.

Clearance Level 03 Is Required, 02 Is Preferred.

The reserves are for 5 days a week, at least 4 months long.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop and execute manual test cases to ensure product quality
• Build and maintain a test automation framework using Selenium and Python
• Create detailed, comprehensive test plans and test cases
• Identify, record, document, and track bugs through resolution
• Perform regression testing when bugs are resolved
• Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements
• Document and maintain test results and QA metrics
• Mentor junior QA team members
  
  

• 3+ years of experience in SaaS QA
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
• Proficiency in Python programming language
• Expertise with Selenium for test automation (via python)
• Experience with Jira for project tracking and bug management
• Hands-on experience with Xray for test case management or equivalent
• Ability to create and execute detailed test plans and test cases
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities
• Proven experience for client & server side

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and integration of automated tests
• Familiarity with API testing frameworks
• Knowledge of performance and load testing methodologies
• Experience with agile development methodologies
• ISTQB certification or equivalent
