IT Infrastructure and Security Operations Manager

Real Estate Company in Tel Aviv

Responsibilities:

- Manage network systems, operating systems, security, backup, recovery, scripting, DRP, automation, and IoT/OT systems.

- Manage RMM system and security systems (EDR, MDR, SIEM, SOC).

- Oversee security systems (cameras, BMS).

- Develop and manage work plans, budgets, and standardization processes.

- Lead IT team: recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and goal setting.

- Troubleshoot technical issues, escalate problems, and monitor system performance.

- Collaborate with teams, clients, and external partners.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.

- Proven experience as an IT team leader.

- In-depth technical knowledge in Juniper switches, Office 365, server management, networking, and security.

- Strong English communication skills.

- Cloud network knowledge (Azure, Private Clouds) and automation skills are a plus.

- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
