Senior System Administrator – Exchange Expert

A well-established and reputable bank in Central Israel is looking for a Senior System Administrator with deep expertise in Microsoft Exchange environments.

Join a core infrastructure team in a high-scale enterprise environment and take ownership of mission-critical email and directory services.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• End-to-end management of a multi-server Exchange (on-premise) environment
• Planning and implementing Exchange infrastructure from scratch
• Working closely with Active Directory and DUG (Dynamic Universal Groups)
• Collaborating with internal IT teams in a flexible and supportive work environment

What We’re Looking For:

• 4+ years of experience as a System Administrator – required
• Proven experience with Exchange on-prem (multi-server environment) – must
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory and DUG – must
• Hands-on experience in setting up Exchange environments from scratch – strong advantage
• Previous work in large-scale enterprise environments / financial institutions – major plus
• Team player with strong communication skills and the ability to work independently
