What's Guardio?
Guardio is a B2C cybersecurity startup offering security and privacy solutions directly to consumers - regular people, not corporate companies. We develop products you’d want for yourself, your parents, family and friends. Our goal is to protect real people from cyber problems and crime.
We try and avoid buzzwords, but sometimes those keywords are necessary: we help our customers avoid and combat the modern world’s security threats, like phishing, financial scams, malware, browser hijacking, identity theft, data leaks, and a whole lot more.
Guardio is a relatively small company (we just passed 80 people), on a rapid growth path, and we’re looking for core team members to join our Growth team. We already have well over a million registered customers and plenty of new products and features in the pipeline.
So, what's the job?
As our User Acquisition Team Lead, you'll be at the forefront of Guardio’s UA channels and leading a small but mighty team. We expect you to be obsessed with performance, relentlessly analytical, creatively daring, problem solver, and hungry for more scale.
You will:
- Own and scale performance across UA channels.
- Lead, inspire, and grow your team—empowering them to scale performance and overachieve KPIs.
- Analyze performance data obsessively—constantly optimizing and improving results.
- Collaborate daily with Creative, BI, Product Growth, and Engineering teams to align your strategies and boost performance from ad click to user activation.
- Create and lead a continuous, structured testing framework that unlocks new opportunities for growth at scale.
- Develop strategic budget allocation and pacing methods to maximize impact and maintain efficiency as budgets grow significantly.
- Spot new trends, channels, or strategies early—and act swiftly to capitalize on them.

Well, our guess is you have a good chance of being that person if you check as many of these as possible:
- Have 5+ years of deep, hands-on experience managing and scaling multi-channel UA campaigns.
- Have 1+ years of experience as a Team Lead, successfully coaching and leading performance-driven teams.
- Love data—seriously. You’re fluent in performance metrics and everything that truly matters to scale profitably.
- Have previously scaled UA efforts significantly while keeping a sharp eye on performance metrics and profitability.
- Combine analytical thinking with creative instincts. You know compelling creative assets are essential for user acquisition success, and you collaborate effectively with creative teams to achieve data-driven results.
- Stay ahead of trends and algorithm updates across your channels, turning potential challenges into growth opportunities.
