Community Manager - YouTube

Join an innovative animation studio that combines human creativity with cutting-edge algorithms to produce engaging short-form animated content. We're seeking a dynamic Community Manager to elevate our fan connections on YouTube, Discord, and other platforms. You'll engage audiences through creative initiatives like polls, Q&As, and trend analysis, ensuring we stay aligned with their interests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow our online communities, focusing on YouTube (Community tab, comments, live chat) and Discord.
• Drive engagement by organizing polls, Q&As, sneak peeks, giveaways, and fostering conversation.
• Build relationships with superfans on YouTube and transition them to our Discord community.
• Represent the community's voice internally—sharing insights and feedback with content, product, and creative teams.
• Monitor trends using tools like Reddit and Google Trends, sharing findings with the team.
• Collaborate on content strategies that inspire comments, shares, and engagement.
• Assist with publishing content across platforms (e.g., Spotify, Shorts) as needed.

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience managing online communities on platforms such as YouTube, Discord, or Reddit.
• Strong familiarity with YouTube community features like polls, comments, and Shorts.
• Creative thinker with a knack for engaging audiences online.
• Personable and supportive, thriving in community spaces.
• Native English speaker or equivalent fluency (spoken and written).

Bonus Skills:

• Experience in gaming, YouTube content creation, or Discord community building.
• Full-time availability, Sunday to Thursday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, based in our Tel Aviv office (Rothschild TLV).
