Technical Product Manager (TPM) – CTO Infrastructure Team

We are looking for an experienced Technical Product Manager (TPM) to join our CTO Infrastructure Team and lead complex, cross-functional projects. In this role, you will drive product development and delivery, collaborating with multiple stakeholders to ensure seamless execution. This position requires a strong technical background, excellent program management skills, and the ability to translate business needs into actionable development plans.

Responsibilities:

✅ Define and communicate roadmap, milestones, and priorities to align teams and stakeholders.

✅ Establish program scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

✅ Develop detailed program plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies to ensure successful execution.

✅ Work closely with engineering and business teams to clarify requirements and acceptance criteria.

✅ Identify and resolve interdependencies and blockers affecting program execution.

✅ Assess and mitigate program risks, escalating critical issues with actionable recommendations.

✅ Track project progress using KPIs and milestones, ensuring transparency and efficiency.

✅ Deliver clear, concise updates to leadership and stakeholders.

✅ Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring well-defined and actionable user stories.

✅ Align product strategy with business objectives and technical feasibility.

✅ Partner with engineering teams to make informed decisions on architecture, design, and implementation.

✅ Balance technical constraints with business goals to deliver optimal solutions.

Requirements:

✔ 5+ years of experience in technical project management and/or product ownership roles.

✔ Proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional projects in an Agile environment.

✔ Extensive experience in end-to-end project management, including scheduling, budget management, and resource allocation.

✔ Strong technical background with knowledge of software development processes (SDLC) and tools.

✔ Expertise in Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and program management tools (Jira, Confluence).

✔ Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and prioritization skills.

✔ Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

✔ Previous experience as a software developer is a significant advantage.

✔ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
