Customer Success Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through issue resolution, best practices, and service optimizations.
• Lead onboarding processes and customer training to ensure effective adoption of Datafy’s product.
• Monitor customer usage, identify potential issues, and provide recommendations to improve performance and scalability.
• Represent customers’ technical and business needs to internal teams, contributing to product roadmaps and improvements based on real-world use cases.
• Identify growth opportunities and aligning technical solutions with business objectives.
• Develop scripts and automation tools to streamline issue resolution and enhance customer workflows.
• Work closely with internal support, engineering, and product teams to escalate and resolve complex challenges effectively.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in Kubernetes administration and storage.
• Hands-on experience with cloud providers (preferably AWS).
• Strong expertise in Linux administration and troubleshooting.
• Scripting & Automation skills (Bash, Python, or Terraform).
• Experience with monitoring and performance optimization tools.
• Proven track record in customer-facing roles and meeting sales expansion KPIs.
