About the Role
Join our Enterprise Business Development team and help drive high-impact conversations with Fortune 1000 executives. We're looking for a coachable, hungry, and high-energy BDR to own outbound efforts, generate pipeline, and represent innovative tech solutions to top global enterprises.
You’ll be trained, challenged, and set up to win—this is a fast-paced, high-reward environment for someone who wants to break into enterprise sales the right way.
What You'll Do
- Lead Generation: Research, identify, and qualify potential clients, focusing on Fortune 1000 C-level executives
- Outreach: Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting (~3 hours of parallel dialing per day), using phone, email, and LinkedIn to engage decision-makers
- Pipeline Development: Work with the Customer Success team to build and maintain a healthy pipeline, ensuring consistent follow-up with prospects
- Market Research: Stay current on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities to guide outreach strategy
- Appointment Setting: Book qualified meetings and hand off SQLs for further development
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate lead data and activity tracking in Salesforce and Salesloft
- Feedback Loop: Share prospect insights to help refine messaging and outreach strategy
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of IMA’s portfolio to communicate value and tailor conversations effectively

What You Bring
- 1+ year in a BDR/SDR role (preferably in tech)
- Fluent English (written & verbal)
- Experience engaging with the US market
- Bring unmatched energy, a winning mindset, and a hunger to overachieve quota every single day
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Salesloft, Outreach, and power dialers (Orum, Aircall, etc.) – Advantage
