HR and Facility Manager – Maternity Leave Cover

Job Description: Innodata Israel, located in Jerusalem, seeks an HR professional to manage facility and HR needs for the Israel Facility.

This is a full-time remote position that requires periodic presence at the Jerusalem office

As the HR and Facility Manager your responsibilities will include:

·      Working across all aspects of HR in areas of recruitment, communications and change management

·      Overseeing the entire employee life cycle

·      Supporting the managers on labour relations, organisational processes and other HR matters

·      Managing Facility related responsibilities

·      Supporting the payroll processes

·      Orchestrating welfare initiatives for employees

·      Leading the implementation of HRIS for the facility

·      Assisting and coordinating between different departments for facility related matters

Requirements:

·      3 – 4 years’ experience working in an HR related position in Israel

·      High proficiency of Excel, Word, Outlook

·      Fluent in both Hebrew and English

·      Experience in payroll processing in Israel

·      Basic knowledge of Israeli Labour Law
