HR and Facility Coordinator

Location: Jerusalem, Remote

Duration: 3 months with option to extend

Job Description: Innodata Israel, located in Jerusalem, seeks an HR and Facility coordinator to assist with a range of HR and operational activities in our growing Israel facility.

This is a part-time remote position that requires periodic presence at the Jerusalem office

Your responsibilities will include:

·      Organising welfare initiatives

·      Supporting facility administrative tasks

·      Assisting upgrading and transitioning HR systems

·      Assist with day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records and updating HR databases

·      Help organise and coordinate onboarding for new employees

·      Provide administrative support for HR projects and initiatives

·      Respond to employee inquiries and provide assistance as needed

·      Participate in HR team meetings and contribute to discussions and planning

Requirements:

·      Fluent in English and Hebrew

·      Proficient in Microsoft Office

·      Minimum 2 years HR related/admin experience

·      Bachelor’s Degree – preferred
