We are seeking an exceptional Head of Operations to streamline our operational efficiency, structure critical processes, and closely partner with our CEO to scale the company’s growth.

• Oversee preparation and accuracy of financial reporting.
• Manage investor updates and maintain transparent financial communication.

• Coordinate and manage the legal team’s activities, including customer agreements, NDAs, subscription contracts, and general compliance.
• Maintain and continually update a comprehensive data room containing all legal documentation and company assets.

• Build, implement, and optimize internal workflows for operations, finance, and legal departments.
• Establish effective task management processes for tracking internal and external stakeholder progress.
• Ensure seamless coordination with external collaborators such as legal firms, accounting partners, and financial advisors.

• Collaborate closely with the CEO to strategically build, scale, and structure teams.
• Drive alignment and operational excellence across various internal teams.

• Demonstrated experience in operations, finance management, or legal coordination in dynamic, fast-growing tech environments.
• Exceptional organizational skills and a proven track record of designing and implementing internal processes.
• Ability to manage and communicate effectively with external stakeholders, including investors, legal advisors, and financial partners.
• Proficiency in utilizing and implementing task management and workflow tracking tools.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the capability to work closely and strategically alongside senior leadership.
• Fluency in English; Hebrew proficiency is a significant advantage.

• Background or understanding in legal frameworks; a law degree is highly advantageous.
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with financial modeling and reporting.
• Extensive experience with modern task and project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, Jira, ClickUp, or similar).
