Job Description

Job Descriptions:

• Follower Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase social media followers by 20% across all platforms by the end of the year. Utilize growth tactics such as giveaways, partnerships, and content collaborations to attract new followers. Monitor and report on follower growth metrics monthly.
• Post Reach: Create and distribute content that drives a 30% increase in average post reach compared to the previous quarter. Optimize content distribution times and formats for maximum reach. Analyze reach data and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Industry Mentions: Network with industry influencers and relevant media outlets to secure at least 10 mentions throughout the year. Develop and maintain relationships with key influencers and media contacts. Track and report on mentions and their impact on brand awareness.
• Engagement Rate: implement content strategies aimed at increasing the average engagement rate by 25% across all platforms. Encourage community interactions through comments, shares, and likes. Monitor engagement metrics and optimize content based on performance.
• Referral Traffic: Develop campaigns and content that drive a 20% increase in social media referral traffic to the website. Collaborate with the web team to ensure landing pages are optimized for conversions. Regularly report on referral traffic and adjust strategies to meet targets.
• Live Events: Host 1 successful live event every week, featuring an attendee with a high following or who aligns with Aseel’s goals.
