We are now looking for a Growth & Partnerships Manager to expand our operations and strengthen relationships with existing and new clients.

Job Description:

• Market research & recruitment trends – Monitor labor market changes, analyze trends, and identify opportunities.
• Social media & branding management – Develop content strategies and activities to enhance brand awareness.
• Business strategy development – Initiate actions to expand the client base and service offerings.
• Building relationships with key industry figures – Develop a professional network and participate in industry events.
• Strategic outreach to potential clients – Initiate first contact and manage engagement processes.
• Client management & retention – Strengthen relationships and increase collaboration with existing clients.
• Organizing events & meetups – Plan and execute professional networking events.
• Negotiation & contract management – Lead negotiations and ensure long-term business partnerships.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in business development, preferably in recruitment or HR.
• Strong understanding of labor market trends and recruitment industry dynamics.
• Proven ability to establish and maintain relationships with clients and business partners.
• Experience in content management and social media marketing – an advantage.
• Excellent sales, negotiation, and B2B deal-closing skills.
• Strategic thinker with creativity and high motivation.
