Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning System Manager, with expertise in Dochebo to join our L&OD team. The ideal candidate will manage and create learning reports, design compliance training mechanisms, curate content and learning paths, and leverage AI to generate innovative learning solutions. Integrate various learning platforms such as Udemy and manage different systems integration and APIs. A data-driven individual that will help prompt the company's learning culture.

• Dochebo Expertise: Serve as the primary expert on Dochebo LMS, ensuring optimal utilization and continuous improvement.
• Learning Reports Management: Oversee the creation and management of learning reports, including attendance, registration, and completion metrics.
• Automation Creation: Develop and implement automation processes between the LMS and Outlook to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
• Compliance Training Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to design compliance training programs and mechanisms for tracking completion.
• Content Curation and Learning Path Development: Work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to curate content, develop learning paths, and manage e-learning materials.
• AI Integration: Utilize AI & other technical tools to develop new learning vehicles and enhance the overall learning experience.
• Platform Integration: Create and manage integrations with other platforms such as Udemy, GO1, and additional learning resources.
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Education Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience with Dochebo LMS and other learning management systems.
• Strong understanding of automation tools and techniques, particularly with Outlook integration.
• Experience in designing and implementing compliance training programs.
• Ability to curate and manage e-learning content effectively.
• Proficiency in AI technologies and their application in learning and development.
• Experience with platform integrations and API management.
• Excellent analytical, data-driven, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in e-learning and compliance training.
