Back End Team Leader

🚀 Backend Team/Tech Lead – Strategic Role in a Growing Company! 🚀

I’m looking for an experienced Team/Tech Lead to drive the redesign and development of a complex system in cloud and on-prem environments. This role includes technical leadership, hands-on development, defining architectural standards, and collaborating with management, product, and data engineers.

📍 Hybrid work in Tel Aviv (near the train station).

Requirements:

🔹 8+ years of backend development – strong Python expertise required

🔹 Proven system architecture experience – designing and modernizing complex systems

🔹 Experience with distributed systems, microservices, cloud (AWS), and on-prem

🔹 Hands-on leadership – leading major development projects

🔹 Experience with Kubernetes, Docker

🔹 At least one startup experience

Advantage:

🔹Experience with Data Engineering, ML Pipelines, Serverless
