Import Coordinator

Job Description

 Handling standard approval procedures for international retail products including direct communication with local laboratories and technical vendors abroad

Preparing documentation for authorities and creating product files for standards approval

Operation of Hebrew labeling & marking for imported products

Classification and renewal of import permits

 Working in collaboration with international forwarders and customs brokers

International shipments tracking

Qualifications

Sportive - Mandatory 

2-3 years experience in previous import role (retail company & sport industry -Advantage) including expertise in procedure management with government offices 

High Knowledge in office - google

Excellent English level – Must

Strong analytical skills – Must

Knowledge in International sea shipping (mainly sea shipments) – Advantage

Organized, Attention to details, Self learner 

Best performer under pressure, multitasking 

Team player

Full time position, working in Kfar Saba and once a week in Caesarea
