Project Manager- Temporary for 12 month

As a Project Manager on the The Professional Services Center of Operational Excellence team in our Tel Aviv office you’ll play a vital role in initiating and managing multiple projects and new processes across the Professional Services organization and between Professional Services and other groups in the company. The team goal is to increase the Professional Services capability to scale rapidly while providing a high level of service and customer satisfaction.

The Project Manager will take an active role in the successful attainment of Professional Services COE goals, by managing and monitoring various projects and initiatives, based on the company and Professional Services priorities.

To Thrive In This Role, You'll Need

• 3+ years of proven experience in project management
• Technical understanding of field/business requests
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Fluent English- a Must!
• Multi-tasking abilities, organized, problem solver, results oriented and great interpersonal skills
• A team player with motivation, ambition and innovative ideas with a can-do attitude
• Ability to work independently with a ”get things done” approach
• Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects.

• Manage and coordinate internal resources for the flawless execution of projects
• Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Responsible for leading or assisting in requirements gathering and process design with stakeholders and technical service providers
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress, ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and with transparency to stakeholders
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Effective relationship and communication management with all stakeholders
• Make data driven decisions and lead projects and stakeholders to tangible and measurable impact
