Technical Support Technician

The role includes providing technical support to internal organizational users regarding laptops, desktops, peripheral equipment, networking, Office applications, operating systems, enterprise applications, telephony, and more.

Requirements:

• Certification as a PC Technician.
• At least one year of experience in similar roles within a medium to large organization (500+ employees).
• Experience in a financial organization – an advantage.
• Knowledge and experience working with personal computing, Office applications, operating systems, networking, telephony, and cybersecurity.
• Technical English proficiency.
• High service orientation.
