Business Operations Analyst

We assist our customers in migrating to the cloud, manage to-scale data canter infrastructure, build software creation platforms, protect customers’ valuable data properly, and secure large-scale operations.

We are seeking a Business Operations Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our business by analyzing work processes and business needs with a variety of tools such as Tableu, Salesforce, and Hubspot ensuring efficient delivery operations and contributing to the overall success of the team.

The Business Operations Analyst will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, coordinating processes, and providing exceptional analysis and insights to the executive team.

Responsibilities:

• Design and streamline manual processes, with a variety of tools such as Salesforce, Tableau, Hubspot
• On-going system support of CRM (Salesforce), building reports and dashboards in addition to monitoring the integrity and validity of the data reported
• Design features and build solutions on the BI tool (Tableau) for internal stakeholders
• Build work flows and new processes as well as new features for business needs.
• Be the data & analytics lead in various projects delivering them with exceptional excellence and work closely with different teams across the company: Delivery, Project Management, Finance, Sales, Marketing
• Flexibility: you should be comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment that will require you to manage competing priorities, pivot quickly and often, and communicate progress to your team members. You’re excited to take on big ambiguous problems that haven’t been tackled before
• Training for users on new processes, new features, and onboarding of new employees on the systems

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in analytic role
• Bachelor’s degree in finance / information systems engineering / industrial engineering and management or Information Systems.
• Fully comfortable with interacting and learning new systems, and tools with a passion for data with attention to the smallest details
• Strong ability to translate complex business needs into organized, clear, and concise business requirements as well as find solutions to complex challenges
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment, and to interact with resources from technical and non-technical teams
• Fast learner
• Good English verbal and written
• Experience with Excel / Tableau / Salesforce / analytics roles / Business operations
