Reconciliation Operations Analyst

Nayax is looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Reconciliation Operations Analyst to join our team. This role ensures accurate and efficient reconciliation of transactions across various platforms.

The Reconciliation Operations Analyst will report to the Processing Operations Manager and play a key role in maintaining data integrity, identifying discrepancies, and optimizing reconciliation processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately match and reconcile transactions with strong attention to detail.
• Identify and investigate discrepancies, ensuring timely resolution.
• Analyze transactional data to identify patterns and trends.
• Validate and verify transactional information across multiple data sources.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Maintain and enhance quality assurance processes related to reconciliation.
• Utilize advanced Excel functions and formulas to streamline and automate workflows.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize reconciliation processes.
• Support process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting solutions.
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field.
• Experience in reconciliation, transaction matching, or financial operations.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, including data analysis, formulas, and automation.
• Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently under tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to resolve discrepancies.
• Effective communication skills for collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders.
• A proactive, team-oriented approach with a focus on continuous improvement.
