Reconciliation Analyst

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Reconciliation Analyst to join our fantastic, close-knit Global Reconciliation Team. In this pivotal role, you will reconcile all funds settling to our banks from our activity—spanning B2B, B2C, and Driver operations. If you thrive on precision, investigating anomalies, and making data-driven decisions, this is an incredible opportunity to maintain our financial integrity while working alongside a highly supportive and collaborative group of people.

What You’ll Do

• End-to-End Reconciliation: Manage daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations for cash flow, Driver pay, debt, acquirer invoicing/fees, and bank accounts.
• Investigate & Resolve: Identify data discrepancies, uncollected funds, and anomalies. Escalate issues to banks, acquirers, and internal teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Audit & Month-End Support: Play an instrumental role in the EY quarterly audit, providing data, answering queries, and taking part in department-level EOM checks.
• Debt Management: Validate uncollected amounts, provide numbers for financial postings, and track monthly debt collection.
• Process Improvement: Identify knowledge gaps and bottlenecks, and assist with implementing automation solutions to eliminate manual work and streamline workflows.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 2–4 years in finance or as a Reconciliation Analyst/Accountant.
• Expertise: Advanced proficiency handling large data files, utilizing complex formulas, VLOOKUPs, and Pivot Tables.
• Analytical Prowess: Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to reconcile complex data sets and raise "red flags" when necessary.
• Fluent in both English and Hebrew, both written and spoken to ensure clear, seamless collaboration with our local teams, global colleagues, and external stakeholders.
• Multitasker: Adaptable and capable of working autonomously across numerous systems to meet tight deadlines.
• Bonus Points: Knowledge of SQL, prior Bookkeeping experience, or familiarity with leveraging AI tools to optimize processes and boost efficiency is a strong advantage.
