Technical Product Manager

We are looking for an experienced Technical Product Manager (TPM) to join our CTO Infrastructure Team. This is a great opportunity to lead complex, cross-functional projects, drive product development, and bridge business needs with technical execution.

🔹 What You’ll Do:

• Lead end-to-end product development, including roadmap definition, prioritization, and resource planning
• Manage project timelines, coordinate between development teams and business units
• Identify risks, resolve blockers, and manage project dependencies
• Define technical requirements and collaborate closely with engineering teams
• Track progress using KPIs and provide clear updates to leadership

🔹 Requirements:

✔ 5+ years of experience in technical project management or product ownership

✔ Proven track record of managing large-scale, cross-functional projects in an Agile environment

✔ Strong knowledge of software development processes (SDLC) and tools like Jira & Confluence

✔ Experience in scheduling, budget management, and resource allocation

✔ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills

✔ Previous experience as a software developer – a strong advantage

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)

✔Experience in cloud environment - advantage
