Technical Product Manager

Experienced Technical Product Manager needed for the CTO Infrastructure Team. Lead complex, cross-functional projects, driving product development and delivery. Requires deep technical understanding, strong program management, and ability to translate business needs into actionable plans.

Responsibilities:

• Define and communicate roadmap, milestones, and priorities.
• Define program scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed program plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with engineering and business units for timely delivery.
• Manage interdependencies and resolve blockers.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks.
• Escalate critical issues with recommendations.
• Track progress using KPIs and milestones.
• Provide concise updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Own and prioritize product backlog with well-defined user stories.
• Align product strategy with business objectives and technical feasibility.
• Partner with engineering on architecture, design, and implementation decisions.
• Balance technical constraints with business goals.

Required Experience & Skills:

• 5+ years in technical project management and/or product ownership.
• Proven delivery of complex, cross-functional projects in Agile.
• Extensive E2E project management experience (schedules, budget, resources).
• Strong technical background in software development (SDLC) and tools.
• Expertise in Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and program management tools (Jira, Confluence).
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management.
• Past software development experience (big advantage).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's a plus).
