Job Description

We are looking for a talented Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist to manage our online presence, create engaging content, and design eye-catching visuals for our hypermarket. The ideal candidate should be creative, tech-savvy, and experienced in growing brands on social media.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Develop and implement social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).

✅ Create high-quality content, including graphics, videos, and written posts.

✅ Design engaging promotional materials, banners, and ads using Photoshop/Canva.

✅ Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including paid ads (Facebook & Google Ads).

✅ Monitor social media trends, engage with the audience, and respond to inquiries.

✅ Analyze performance metrics and optimize content strategies for better reach.

✅ Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with business goals.

Requirements

Job Requirements:

🔹 Experience: 1-3 years in social media management, digital marketing, or graphic design.

🔹 Skills

• Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, or other design tools.
• Experience in running Facebook & Google Ads.
• Strong content creation and video editing skills.
• Knowledge of SEO and social media trends. 🔹 Language: Proficiency in English, Pashto, and Dari preferred. 🔹 Creativity & Passion: A strong eye for design and ability to create engaging content.
