Quality Assurance Engineer

A medical device startup develops hardware-software-based technology that enables various entities to detect abnormal behavior remotely and contact-free by analyzing sweat glands.

The role involves performing manual testing and developing automation in Python, working with cutting-edge technologies. The company primarily serves the U.S. market and has around 45 employees in Israel.

The offices are located in Jerusalem, with work conducted on-site.

Requirements-

• 2+ years of experience in Software Testing/QA or related field.
• Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, SDLC, and Agile processes.
• Hands-on experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, etc.).
• Proficiency with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira, Xray).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab, or similar) and version control (Git).
• Basic knowledge of Linux/Unix environments; ability to review logs and troubleshoot issues.
• Good communication skills; ability to convey technical findings clearly across teams.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality products.
