Retention Data Analyst

Description

Fiverr’s Data team is hiring an experienced Data Analyst for the retention domain. In this role, you will proactively guide various stakeholders and analysts. You will collaborate on complex analyses and define core metrics that will help the company optimize retention rates. This job is a great fit for those who can make sense of multiple, constantly changing variables and distill the most impactful business insights.

WHAT AM I GOING TO DO?

• Conduct in-depth analysis to determine the right retention strategy.
• Create self-service analytical tools, monitor and explain retention trends, and communicate insights to key decision-makers.
• Connect the dots across multiple domains and collaborate with various stakeholders (management, product, marketing, data, etc.).
  
  

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as an analyst, with expertise in data methodologies within an online company.
• SQL as a mother tongue
• Proven experience with data visualization tools (Tableau is an advantage)
• Deep intellectual curiosity and passion for data
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High presentations skills
• BA/B.Sc in a quantitative or technical field - an advantage
• Background in statistics - an advantage
