Payroll Specialist

Who We Are:

We are a Tel Aviv-based payroll management company providing payroll and payment services to international companies with employees in Israel.

We are looking for an experienced Payroll Specialist with a background in the high-tech industry.

The ideal candidate has expertise in Michpal and/or Hargal payroll software and at least 2 years of end-to-end payroll processing experience. This role requires strong attention to detail, knowledge of Israeli labor laws, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-technology environment.

• Payroll Processing: Handle payroll for multiple clients, including new hires, monthly salary adjustments, pension contributions, and termination processes.
• Compliance & Regulations: Ensure full compliance with Israeli labor laws, payroll regulations, and social security requirements.
• Reporting & Payments: Prepare and submit reports to the National Insurance Institute (Bituach Leumi) and Tax Authority, generate 106 and 126 forms, and manage employee payments.
• Service & Accuracy: Maintain a high level of service and ensure payroll aligns with company policies.

✔ Israel Payroll Controller certification

✔ 2+ years of payroll processing experience (preferably in high-tech)

✔ Expertise in Michpal and/or Hargal payroll software (strong advantage)

✔ Strong knowledge of Israeli labor laws, social security, and payroll regulations

✔ Advanced Excel skills

✔ Ability to work in a multi-technology environment

✔ Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to multitask

✔ Hybrid work: Minimum 3 days per week in the office
