As a Data Analyst at Arena AI, you will:

• Analyze large-scale real estate and user behavior datasets to drive insights and improve our AI-powered recommendation engine.
• Develop predictive models and machine learning-based insights to optimize property matching and user experience.
• Work closely with AI engineers, product teams, and business stakeholders to refine our data-driven strategies.
• Design and implement data visualizations, dashboards, and reporting tools to support decision-making.
• Conduct A/B testing and user behavior analysis to continuously improve conversion rates and engagement.
• Ensure data integrity, quality, and efficient data processing for real-time personalization.

• 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in AI-driven platforms, real estate, or e-commerce.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data extraction and analysis.
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
• Hands-on experience with machine learning models, predictive analytics, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) is a significant advantage.
• Knowledge of cloud-based data processing (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business insights.
• Strong analytical mindset with a passion for problem-solving and continuous optimization.
