Sales Development Representative

A tech company is looking for a SDR in Ramat HaChayal. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving qualified sales opportunities for their Sales Executives. This position requires a proactive approach to outbound prospecting, including sophisticated cold calling techniques. You will be focusing on a selected list of large enterprises, navigating complex organizational structures to identify relevant decision-makers.

Responsibilities:

- Initiate Qualified Sales Opportunities:

- Proactively engage in outbound prospecting to secure introductory meetings for our Sales Executives.

- Utilize sophisticated cold calling strategies to capture the attention of potential clients.

Focus on Large Enterprises:

- Concentrate efforts on a selected list of large enterprises to maximize impact and potential opportunities.

Research and Identify Decision Makers:

- Conduct thorough research on target accounts to identify and understand relevant decision-makers.

- Navigate complex organizational structures to pinpoint key individuals who can influence purchasing decisions.

Requirements:

- 1-2 years of sales experience, demonstrating a solid foundation in sales techniques.

- Mother-tongue level English speaker with excellent communication skills.

- Strong calling and prospecting skills, with the ability to adapt to different communication styles.

- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating self-motivation.

- High-energy, hunger, persistence, and grit are essential qualities for success in this role.

- Natural door-opener with the ability to initiate conversations and establish rapport.

Work Hours:

- Availability during US working hours, Monday to Thursday from 13:00 to 22:00.

- Friday availability aligned with EMEA work hours.
