Field Recruitment Manager for a Leading Energy Company

We are looking for a Field Recruitment Manager to lead complex and dynamic recruitment processes, including high-volume hiring, field positions, and internal mobility.

What’s in the Role?

✔ Managing the organization’s entire recruitment process, including developing a tailored recruitment strategy

✔ Leading and managing a team of recruiters to meet hiring goals

✔ Sourcing, developing new recruitment channels, and managing the recruitment budget

✔ Collaborating with staffing agencies and external recruitment sources

✔ Overseeing the training and development of the recruitment team

Requirements:

🔹 At least 3 years of experience in recruitment management – a must

🔹 Experience in field recruitment and/or high-volume hiring

🔹 Strong familiarity with recruitment technologies and tools

🔹 Experience in retail recruitment – an advantage
