Head of HR

The position::

We are looking for an experienced Director of Human Resources (HR) to lead our HR function and align people strategies with business growth. You will oversee HR operations, talent acquisition, leadership development, and employee engagement, ensuring a high-performing workforce. You will be part of a growing, innovative company that values people, and lead an HR team while driving meaningful changes with direct business impact.

This role requires hands-on leadership, HR Business Partner (HRBP) expertise, and Talent Acquisition experience, with at least three years leading HR teams.

A day in the life::

• Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with company goals.
• Advise leadership on organizational development and employee engagement.
• Lead talent acquisition and employer branding initiatives.
• Support leaders in performance management and career development.
• Oversee HR operations, compliance, and HR systems (e.g., BambooHR, Meckano).
• Implement programs to foster employee well-being and a culture of inclusion.
  
  

• 3+ years leading HR teams in a tech or high-growth environment.
• 2+ years as an HR Business Partner (HRBP) with a strong organizational understanding.
• Experience in talent acquisition and recruitment strategies.
• Expertise in employee relations, performance management, and leadership development.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance.
• Experience in global or high-growth environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strategic mindset with a hands-on execution approach.
  
  

• Familiarity with HR analytics and HRIS platforms.
• Master’s degree in HR or a related field.
