Work model: On-site with flexible hours

• Designing and implementing innovative solutions to complex optimization problems
• Tackling algorithmic and performance challenges
• Developing and enhancing robust algorithms and software systems
• Optimizing code for performance and scalability
• Maintaining clean, well-documented, and high-quality code

• 5–10 years of experience in C++ / Rust or other low-level systems programming languages
• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• (Military development experience in relevant tech units is also welcome!)
• A passion for writing efficient, high-performance code
• A creative problem-solver with a systems-level mindset
• Ability to thrive both independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience in chip design, verification, or working with EDA tools
